Dye & Durham UK Insight & Data are delighted to bring you four brand-new webinars in association with Property Law UK. You will hear from the lead Climate Analyst who developed the Extreme Wind module within the Climate Report. Hamish Wilkinson will explain the wide-ranging and granular datasets that have been collated and interpreted to provide your client with a clear view of what the hazards is, and when it is likely to impact property, using a low, medium, and high hazard exposure scoring system. Dr Tim Farewell will also explain which ground hazards will increase in severity and occurrence in the UK due to climate change.

Barrister Tom Graham is a lecturer and author with nearly 40 years of experience in town and country planning, highway law and public law. A former solicitor, Tom has had considerable experience in local government and private practice, he will discuss flooding and wind damage impacting on value and amenity, as well as the issue of tree damage on the conveyancing process and property ownership.
