This is a filmed roundtable third-party funding debate recently hosted by City law firm Fox Williams following the launch of The new, new thing, a report on third-party litigation funding that it commissioned from Legal Futures Associate Jures [1].
The debate has been edited to form six short films covering the hot topics of the debate which can be seen on this YouTube channel [2].
