Our proprietary claims management platform, Call Brian, allows us to provide an efficient, effective, and fully automated means of processing RTA PI claims. We see automation as the key to looking after clients in the best possible way post the CLA reforms, and from launch we have delivered an average of 13 weeks as an average to bring claims to a full resolution.
