The Legal Training Consultancy is a multi-faceted training consultancy which was established to focus on the in-house training needs of firms of solicitors, barristers’ chambers and corporate legal departments, amongst others.
David Jacobs is the founder of The Legal Training Consultancy. A barrister and former in-house lawyer, he is also perhaps the most experienced developer of training programmes currently working in the legal industry.
His expertise in creating legal training programmes dates back to 1987 when he created, developed and marketed the first in a series of food and nutrition law conferences. Since that time he has produced in excess of 1750 events (attended by over 50,000 people) and training products, including conferences, seminars, webinars, videos and e-learning modules with lawyers from 74 of the top 100 firms of solicitors, 9 out of the top 10 accountancy firms and almost all of the leading sets of chambers.
He has also been involved in the production of training videos for LNTV, Management Today, the Financial Times and the Observer Newspaper and has extensive experience in publishing, primarily on the editorial side.
He is assisted by a multi-disciplinary team highly experienced in such matters as:
-The development of training programmes

Plus a host of subject area experts.
