What is Location Intelligence?

It’s not just the sum total of our complete product/service offer, from environmental search, data, mapping and reports. The depth of our industry knowledge is unparalleled with our reports covering wide range of issues, including:

  • Contaminated Land
  • Energy & Infrastructure
  • Flood Risk
  • Ground Stability
  • Mining
  • Planning
  • Radon
  • Subsidence
  • Transportation
  • UXO

Delivering industry best practice:

We believe in following solid and honest business principles and industry best practice. We are committed to delivering market-leading products and customer excellence. We deliver this by following stringent operational processes for every aspect of our business, whether that’s our Data Governance Council or our Senior Management Boards through to delivering Customer Excellence every day. We believe that being independently reviewed helps us to ensure we meet and exceed best practice guidelines and adhere to compliance regulations.

We are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB) as a subscriber to the Search Code. The PCCB acts as an independent auditor to ensure compliance with the code.

We are delighted to have once again been awarded the Legal Eye quality standard for the second year running; this assessment reviews business practice that goes over and above traditional quality standards.

Partnerships:

We continually support, and learn from, our own community of approved Groundsure property-search resellers. This way we can guarantee their sales and customer-service teams know every aspect of our products and services. And we can know these offerings are 100% fit for their client’s needs, providing more empowering data and opinion, and enabling exceptional due diligence.

Groundsure is proud to be the sole provider of the Cheshire Salt Search report in partnership with the Cheshire Brine Subsidence Compensation Board.

Groundsure also works closely with the Coal Authority in producing the Enviro All-in-One and the Coal Authority Consultants Coal Mining report.
