Part 1 of this 2-part webinar mini-series will focus on the drafting of legal documents and how to make your drafting clearer and less likely to be challenged. Beginning with general issues, such as how the courts interpret legal documents and rules of interpretation, the webinar will go on to look at more specific areas relevant to drafting.  Practical examples will be included throughout, as will examples taken from cases.
