TA6 – the latest guidance for conveyancers

The Law Society has released the 6^th edition of the TA6 Property Information form and a revised TA7 Leasehold Information form. The use of the revised forms will be compulsory for CQS registered firms.

The format of the TA6 is very different to the previous editions and will necessitate a change to the way in which conveyancers interact with sellers & buyers in relation to these forms.
