PD51ZB and The Damages Claims Portal

Following the introduction of PD51ZB in early 2022 for unspecified damages claims going through the county court, and subsequent changes making the Damages Claims Portal (DCP) mandatory for both claimants and defendants, users have encountered significant difficulty around how to perform certain tasks and processes on the system.
