CQS Practice Management Standards

Membership of CQS is almost a prerequisite for firms undertaking residential conveyancing.

The Law Society has indicated that it intends to increase its monitoring of CQS firms and to take a more robust stance in enforcement of the requirements of the CQS Scheme.
