COLP, COFA & other roles – resourcing

It often seems to be the case that in many, if not most, law firms several job titles are vested in one person. Whilst this might be understandable, the SRA are at pains to point out that these titles are in fact real jobs, that may require substantial investment in terms of time on top of a day-to-day commitment to fee-earning.

In tough times, spreading these roles around can be a challenge, but may be one worth facing.
