Simon Lewis is an experienced corporate solicitor at Brabners LLP specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Described in the Lawyer’s Hot 100 as “law’s answer to David Attenborough”, Simon is chair of Brabners’ Sustainability and Environmental Group and led the firm’s successful B Corp application. Brabners are keen advocates for peatland restoration and have partnered with Kingsdale Head Farm to support its restoration and sustainable farming project.
