Sarah is a Director and Solicitor at Talbots Law (Worcester office), with more than 15 years’ experience in Private Wealth and Court of Protection litigation. She advises private individuals, charities, law firms, companies, and lay and professional clients on complex and often emotionally sensitive disputes, with a particular focus on protecting vulnerable individuals. Sarah previously held senior roles at Culver Law, Irwin Mitchell, Freeths, and Hugh James, and also practised offshore in the British Virgin Islands with Harney Westwood & Riegels LP.
Sarah regularly leads her own advocacy, including mediations, and advises on a broad range of disputes including Court of Protection matters, inheritance and trust disputes, contested wills, professional negligence, charity litigation, business succession conflicts, and cross-border estate and offshore trust disputes. Known for her clear and practical approach, she works closely with clients to achieve proportionate and commercially sensible outcomes, while also delivering seminars, webinars, bespoke training, and legal and regulatory updates.
