Phil has been practicing employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in May 2011. His work encompasses non-contentious aspects such as employment contract, settlement agreement and policy drafting together with providing HR advice to employers and settlement agreement advice to employees. He also conducts Employment Tribunal litigation on behalf of respondents and claimants, including advocacy at final hearings.
