Mark is a founding partner of Bennett Briegal, a specialist legal firm advising law firms, professionals and entrepreneurs. Mark has extensive experience in the professional practices sector. He supports law firms and other professionals to manage:
- Mergers, acquisitions and sales
- Firm restructures, including EOTs
- Partnership/LLP exits and disputes
Mark sits on committee of the Association of Partnership Practitioners. His book, A Concise Guide to Solving Partnership and LLP Disputes Without Litigation, was published in 2021. Mark has a degree in classics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Manchester Business School. In his spare time, he is the chair of Archery GB and a trustee of the Rowing Foundation.
