Lucy is a senior consultant at legal PR specialists, Black Letter Communications. She spent over a decade in national journalism before moving into PR and crisis communications. She was made features editor at leading news agency SWNS less than two years after completing her journalism degree and then went on to work for several years at The Sun.

Before joining Black Letter Communications, Lucy was head of media at Pogust Goodhead, securing front-page stories in the likes of The Financial Times and leading coverage across global news outlets, such as Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal and The Australian.

Since completing her diploma in crisis communications, while working as a senior media advisor at Slater and Gordon, Lucy has advised many senior leaders on how to react, mitigate, and protect their brands through strategic communications and positive news coverage.
