Lorraine Richardson M.A. (Cantab) is an experienced property solicitor, CPD trainer and a popular conference speaker. When in practice she ran a branch office and was a partner and COLP for her firm. She designs and delivers property and legal skills related courses and on-line materials, including Conveyancing Quality Scheme training for the Law Society.
Lorraine is the regular writer for the Practical Lawyer, a monthly update journal for practitioners, and is the author of A Practical Guide to Document Signing and Electronic Signatures for Conveyancers and A Practical Guide to Residential Freehold Conveyancing, both published by Law Brief Publishing.
