Kim is a Partner and Head of Pensions at Brabners LLP.
Kim has almost twenty years’ experience as a pensions lawyer at two national law firms.
Kim specialises in advising trustees and employers of defined benefit, defined contribution and career average revalued earnings pension arrangements in both the private and public sector.
Kim has particular experience in advising on insured transactions, scheme wind-ups, public sector pensions (LGPS, TPS, NHSPS and SHPS), automatic enrolment, changes to workplace pension provision, salary exchange arrangements, SSASs, SIPPs and life assurance schemes.
She is listed as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 and is quoted as being “a very experienced lawyer with superb communication skills and great project management capabilities”.
Kim was also a winner at the Professional Pensions Inaugural Women in Pensions awards.
