Recruitment drive at Pilgrim reflects recent growth

Several new appointments at Legal Futures Associate Pilgrim Systems [1]reflect the company’s solid expansion, fuelled by a raft of new business wins and continued growth from their existing client base.

In addition to the appointments of Bev Grant, business development manager for London, and Helen Armstrong as marketing manager, Pilgrim has boosted its already substantial project delivery team.

Three new implementation consultants have been appointed: Sue Purdy (previously with LexisNexis Axxia), Ros McMahon (previously with Iris) and Mark O’Brien (previously with Iris), as well as a new project manager, Lee Whitehead.

These appointments underline Pilgrim’s commitment to delivering smooth, efficient implementations for new clients and to providing ongoing first-class support and system development to existing clients.

Colin Kennedy, Pilgrim’s COO, said: “We are delighted to welcome these new additions to the Pilgrim team. Each new recruit has both the quality and experience we require to ensure our implementations remain timely and successful. We are very confident in our ability to not only sustain but to accelerate our current rate of growth and therefore it is vital that we expand our team to cater for the needs of our expanding client base.”
