With review sites seeing a rapid increase in consumers’ use of reviews, the pilot is being extended – so plenty of time for your firm to get involved. In December 2020, the Competition and Markets Authority published its review of the legal services market. This highlighted the need for provision of more information about quality for consumers to use alongside other choice information to compare firms when choosing a legal services provider.
