Balancing transparency and privacy in the Family Court
On 29 October 2021, the President of the Family Division published a report on Transparency in the Family Court after an extensive review of the issue. It tells us that in 2020 there were 224,902 cases in the family courts in England and Wales. Construction industry in recovery
Monthly construction output grew 1.3% in volume terms in September 2021 compared with August 2021. This is the first monthly increase since June 2021 and the largest since March 2021, when output increased by 4.8%.
