InfoTrack have announced the launch of a new fully branded, Safe Harbour-compliant digital onboarding app for law firms. From Thursday 17 March, InfoTrack will offer every law firm access to their own completely branded, state-of-the-art digital onboarding tools, available both via an app and web.

From November 2022, HMRC will no longer accept scanned or PDF copies of AP1s for changes to existing titles using the HM Land Registry portal. This means you won’t be able to prepare an AP1 by populating a Word document, converting it to PDF and then uploading it to the portal.
