From costs and funding to disclosure and experts, from court modernisation to new technology, civil litigation is changing. The judiciary is taking a harder line on compliance and is eyeing up further reform to make the system work better. Litigation Futures has been on the frontline of reporting these trends and this year’s conference will highlight how everyday practice is changing in response to the waves of change.

What has been your experience of the disclosure pilot? How are you coping with the electronic bill of costs? How are the ATE and litigation funding markets responding to your needs? Can litigation prediction technology give you a decisive edge? These are among the questions we will address at an event focused on how litigators operate and what they need to do to maintain successful practices.
