The cutting edge of law

November 2012:The cutting edge of law

This conference showcased the latest innovation in the legal market by bringing together new entrants and entrepeneurial lawyers, whose business models could not have been imagined 10 years ago. The event began by revealing exclusive research from Peppermint Technology into what consumers and SMEs look for when buying legal services, followed by a panel debate with the LeO and Institute of Customer Service. Delegates also heard from non-lawyer entrants to the sector, about how they view market opportunites. In the afternoon, sessions covered some of the innovative repsonses from traditional law firms, and how technology and online services are transforming the provision of legal advice.

Another excellent conference from Legal Futures – exactly the right topics and people who are at the forefront of the future of legal services delivery. The best legal conference of the year!

Delegate – November 2012

A refreshing approach to the future of the legal services market, starting from an assumption of positivity rather than pessimism. I don’t think I have left a conference with more new ideas buzzing around my head.

Delegate – November 2012

Excellent programme and speakers, and a great insight into an interesting and changing market. Refreshing to hear so much great stuff from people outside the sector. Lawyers need to grasp these ideas now!
