Acquisition-hungry Metamorph Law looks to transform high street practice

A new venture that aims to “acquire, transform and aggregate” around 60 high street law firms over the next five years to create an alternative business structure with a turnover of more than £80m will shortly buy its first practice in a bid to prove the concept.
