The UK legal sector’s leading technical and WIP due diligence specialist, ZebraLC , continues to expand its consultant talent pool with the recruitment of a trio of leading industry specialists; Terry Lee, Nigel Cragg and John Stewart.
Since its ISO 9001 accreditation earlier this year, projects within the personal injury sector have grown at a significant pace for the unique due diligence business. The brand continues to increase its market position and with expansion plans afoot, the business registered the ZebraLC trademark this year.
In line with this, ZebraLC’s recruitment drive has been focused on technical and financial experts with national profile and exceptional gravitas.
Within personal injury and clinical negligence, Terry Lee, former Consultant at Russell Cooke and Nigel Cragg, former Director of Operations at Pinto Potts, have joined Zebra as specialist technical consultants. From the field of law firm finance and management, John Stewart, former Finance Director of Express Solicitors, joins Zebra’s team of financial experts.
Terry Lee was involved in ground-breaking case law decisions including Brown -v- Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth Health Authority, Hall -v- Piri; Joyce -v- Wandsworth Health Authority and Dudley -v- East Dorset Health Authority. In the field of clinical negligence, Joyce -v- Wandsworth Health Authority provided clarification of the judicial approach to causation in clinical negligence cases. Terry is a Member of the Law Society Specialist Panel of Personal Injury Solicitors and the Specialist Panel of Clinical Negligence Solicitors. He is also the co-author of ‘A Guide to Catastrophic Injury Claims.’
Terry said “I am delighted to be joining ZebraLC at a very exciting time. I am looking forward to bringing my experience and specialist knowledge as a Consultant.”
Nigel Cragg brings a wealth of experience in practice management, compliance, business systems, risk assessment and strategic planning. Nigel also forged the ground breaking and substantive case law in Byrne v the Secretary of State & Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) in which he secured compensation for a child in the court of Appeal after he was declined by the MIB as out of time under the untraced drivers agreement. Nigel was also involved in the recent leading Court of Appeal case of Delaney v Sec of state & Tradewise leading to the likely securing of compensation for a brain damaged claimant passenger who previously had been turned down by the MIB uninsured driver agreement.
John Stewart joins as a highly experienced and commercially focussed MBA Accountant, Finance/Operations Director, Project Manager and change agent. Former roles include Director of Finance at Express Solicitors, Carpenters and Silverbeck Rymer.
