“I’d like to congratulate all the winners of our first Property Forum Awards,” said SearchFlow Managing Director John Pickford. “The conveyancing market is currently going through a phase of significant change. We know there are more opportunities to adapt technologies to improve the industry. And we also know that consumers need a better understanding of the conveyancing process.

“The evening’s winners have demonstrated industry-leading activity, promoting themselves as stand-out innovators in the market, helping to drive this change. It was an opportunity to applaud our winners and all those shortlisted. I’m delighted the evening was such a huge success.”

Jonathan Smithers added: “The high calibre of the entries to the Property Forum Awards is a testament to the quality and commitment of solicitors and conveyancers working within the property industry. Choosing the winners was incredibly difficult, and I would like to commend all those who were nominated.”
