Tikit, an Advanced company, today announced that Wilson Solicitors LLP have chosen P4W as their practice and case management solution. Wilson Solicitors are based in Tottenham, London and specialise in Civil Legal Aid; specifically, Immigration, Family, & Public Law. The 100-user firm have been an existing Advanced client for over 20 years and, following their recent acquisition of Tikit, will now be able to utilise the extended functionality in P4W including the comprehensive Legal Aid Module. This will automate the complex administrative processes to keep their firm compliant with LAA regulations.
Russell Blakely, Partner at the firm, comments: “We needed to automate accounts processes and become fully paperless. We were looking for a system that had an intuitive user interface, supported legal aid billing, as well as innovation and automation. It was clear that P4W had this combination.”
P4W, already used by over 600 legal firms across the UK, is the flagship system of Tikit, an Advanced company, the global legal, accounting and professional services software business. Back in November 2019, Russell visited the P4W National User Group in London, run by the independent user group committee. He was impressed with the thriving community of P4W users and the forum to network and collaborate. Russell commented “There were hundreds of people at the conference who used P4W and had it at the heart of their business processes. The atmosphere was enthusiastic, and we had a clear sense that P4W supported stability and innovation in solicitors’ practices.”
Reflecting on the latest of a series of additions to the P4W community, Doug Hargrove Managing Director – Legal – Advanced, comments “We are delighted that Wilson Solicitors will continue their long-standing relationship with Advanced by choosing P4W as their succeeding practice and case management solution. Its important to us that our customers see quality customer service, an engaged user community as well as industry leading functionality as core components of their decision-making process. We understand the importance of this investment by Wilsons and we are looking forward to working closely with them as they go live on P4W.”
