With 59% of SME law firms identifying client management as their number one operational challenge, the second episode of the Build Better Habits webinar series, hosted by legal software provider  Osprey Approach, will focus on how modern firms can collaborate and communicate with clients simply and effectively.

The webinar (13 October) will be hosted by Amy Bruce, Osprey Approach’s marketing manager, who will be joined by a panel of expert speakers comprising Lisa Summerton, commercial manager at digital conveyancing solutions provider Infotrack, Sarah Charlton, CEO at law firm Eaton-Evans & Morris, and Aftab Bose, editor at Legal Practice Management (LPM), part of Burlington Media Group.

Osprey’s second webinar will explore the importance of being client focused with a focus on helping SME law firms identify effective digital tools, firm-wide mindsets, and business habits that will enable them to effectively manage client communications.

Amy Bruce said: – “Following the success of the first webinar in our Build Better Habits series, I’m excited to be joined by another experienced panel of guest speakers, who bring in-depth knowledge and expertise of the benefits of putting clients at the heart of firms’ legal operations for long-term success.

“Our panel will discuss the tangible benefits of implementing a range of client friendly digital tools within firms, as well as offering advice on how management can implement habits that will ensure an enhanced client service. Our event will also cover practical tips and advice which will enable delegates to implement the changes within their own practices easily and effectively.”
