The hot topic of how legal firms can embrace greater long-term agility in the wake of Covid-19 is up for discussion on the latest Lockdown CX webinar next week (Thursday 11th June at 11am).

Speakers will include Karl Warmbold, Director of Facilities & Property at multinational law firm DWF as he shares the firm’s experience of organisational agility both pre and during Covid-19, as well as how it’s been built into the very fabric of its work environment. He will be joined by Victoria Dunn, Head of Facilities and Premises at Moore Barlow, as she shares her firm’s agile journey to date including managing a merger in the middle of the lockdown.

Hosted by Clare Fanner from Find Get Grow, the hour-long webinar will also include expert insights from Bernadette Bennett, Business Development Lead for Legal at telephone answering and live chat provider Moneypenny, which supports more than 1000 legal firms across the UK and Ann Clarke, Deputy Managing Director of interior design and fit-out business Claremont, which has earned an enviable reputation for designing agile legal workplaces.

Bernadette will discuss the telephony and communication necessities for legal firms in the face of greater agility and offer some of Moneypenny’s latest statistical insights about how human behaviours and legal enquiries are changing.

Ann will share her experience helping legal firms shape their work environments for the last 30 years as well as look at what agility means in terms of workplace design and how the role of the legal office now needs to be redefined. She’ll also be sharing some CGIs and space plans to show how office layouts are changing.

The webinar will be hosted by Clare Fanner from Find Get Grow.  She  said: “ In the face of Covid-19 and the countless challenges it presents – many legal firms have had to adapt to remote working almost overnight. Now, with some planning to downsize their city centre offices permanently, overhaul their front of house experience and make remote working the new norm – it raises an important question – how can firms embrace organisational agility in the long term and keep building essential flexibility into their operations?

“This webinar will address that challenge as well as look at how firms have been adapting to enforced agility, how workplaces can better support agility in a Covid age and the tools and partners that are needed to support a successful agile vision.”

Bernadette Bennett from Moneypenny added: “ For many legal firms it has been incredibly difficult to remain operational during lockdown, particularly if they were new to the idea of agile working.  This webinar will help legal firms to plan their agile futures and gain best practice ideas from their peers. I’m delighted to be part of the line-up and look forward to explaining how firms can build agility into their business communications so that they don’t miss out on new business or lose goodwill from their clients.”
