tower street financeTower Street Finance, the market leader in inheritance lending, and Kings Court Trust, one of the UK’s largest probate providers, have entered into a new partnership.

The deal will benefit both companies but more importantly will help them give even better service to their customers while they are going through the probate journey.

Many people who lose a loved one need access to their money early for various reasons including IHT bills and funeral/property expenses.Tower Street Finance offers financial products to executors and beneficiaries which helps them get their inheritance sooner for any reason. Kings Court Trust will refer clients who are in need of this financial help to Tower Street Finance which will add value to its service offering.

One of the requirements of its products is that clients need to have a professional administrator dealing with their estate. Going forward if there isn’t an estate administrator in place, Tower Street will be able to recommend Kings Court Trust to offer its services.

Tower Street Finance’s interim CEO Robert Husband said: “We’re pleased to have entered into this deal with Kings Court Trust – they’ve won probate provider of the year at the British Wills and Probate Awards for the past three years and that’s just one of the reasons why we are proud to have them as a trusted partner.

“We know that a lot of their clients will have financial needs during the probate process and we can offer them a lifeline at a time where things are difficult enough without worrying about money.

“We are always looking to partner with firms in the probate sector where there is a mutual benefit with customer needs at the heart.”
