tmGroup expands digital onboarding solution with launch of tmForms in Verify365

tmGroup [1], the UK’s leading provider of property data and digital conveyancing technology, today announces the launch of tmForms, now available within its Verify365 AML and onboarding solution. The forms will also be available to users within the tmConvey platform.

tmForms delivers Law Society licensed TA6, TA7, and TA10 forms with intelligent conditional logic and custom form capability, enabling law firms to complete the entire client onboarding process within a single, seamless workflow. Clients can now complete ID verification, AML checks, and property information forms on any device, with integrated e-signatures, eliminating the need for paper forms and multiple disconnected systems.

Rudi Kesic, CEO of Lawtech Software, part of tmGroup. commented:

“This is a major step forward in our vision to transform the legal technology landscape. We are committed to creating solutions intimately tailored to the unique needs of the legal profession, and tmForms exemplifies this commitment. By integrating Law Society compliant TA forms directly into Verify365, we are putting the client at the centre of the process and making the entire onboarding journey simpler, faster, and more secure.”

Unlike basic digital form solutions that force clients through every question regardless of relevance, tmForms uses smart conditional logic to show only the questions that apply to each specific property transaction. A leasehold property automatically triggers leasehold-specific questions, whilst a freehold transaction skips irrelevant sections entirely. This reduces client frustration and significantly improves completion rates.

This means conveyancers can capture all the information they need within a single platform, rather than switching between multiple systems or reverting to paper-based processes.

Kesic continued:

“Technology should be seamlessly integrated into every facet of the conveyancing process. With tmForms, we are not just digitising paper forms. We are rethinking how property information is collected and verified. The platform combines the compliance and security that law firms require with the flexibility and user experience that modern clients expect. This is what lawyer-led innovation looks like in practice.”

For firms already using Verify365 for ID verification and AML checks, tmForms represents a natural extension of their existing workflow. Clients who have completed biometric ID checks can immediately proceed to property information forms within the same mobile-friendly interface, creating a genuinely unified onboarding experience.

The integration also supports tmGroup’s broader digital transformation strategy. Over the recent years, the company has rapidly expanded its platform capabilities through the acquisition of Lawtech Software Group, the integration of Verify365 into tmConvey, and continued investment in new technologies.

Kesic concluded:

“Digital technology can enable more secure management of digital identities and help in the fight against fraud. But it must also deliver practical, measurable improvements in efficiency for law firms and a better experience for their clients. tmForms achieves both. We are scaling our innovations, enhancing our technology products, and driving greater efficiency in digitising legal processes for the UK legal and conveyancing sectors. This is just the beginning. We have much more to come.”
