TM Group, the UK’s leading provider of residential property conveyancing searches has this week been named best building and property internet business in the IBA Awards 2013/14 in recognition of their innovative and effective conveyancing search platform.
The Internet Business Awards are the only UK awards dedicated to the celebration of websites and mobile sites offering the best online experiences for business customers. The awards are designed to recognise businesses selling to or effecting transactions online with other business organisations.
TM Group beat off strong competition to pick up the award which was judged by a panel of independent internet business experts who were judging each entry on criteria including the website’s effectiveness, design qualities, best practice and customer service.
Commenting on the award, Ben Harris, Sales and Marketing Director of TM Group said: “We are delighted to be recognised in this way. The award is testament to the hard work that our team continue to put into our search ordering platform as we strive to offer the most comprehensive data ordering service for law firms. This accolade comes in the same week that TM Group has also been highly commended for Best use of Technology at the prestigious Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards, 2014. Delivering the commendation to TM at the award ceremony at London’s Grosvenor Hotel, the judges observed.
