[1]As part of their ongoing commitment to streamline the conveyancing process, TM Group are proud to announce they are the first search provider to complete integration with The Coal Authority’s Business to Business interface for the provision of CON29M Mining Report Services.
The XML integration with the Coal Authority covers both residential and commercial CON29M reports and will help speed up thousands of property transactions. The CON29M reports [2] is a core search in many cases and TM Group’s integration with the Coal Authority will ensure that TM Group customers will now experience and benefit from a quicker, efficient and more reliable service.
