Tikit retains its ISO 9001 certification for global Support Desks for eighth consecutive year

TikitTikit has retained ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for all of its support offices in the UK, Canada and Australia.

Tikit, a part of BT Group, is a global provider of technology solutions to legal and accountancy firms and today announced that it has retained its global ISO 9001:2008 certification for its international support desks for the eighth consecutive year.

Tikit’s support procedures have been rigorously audited by an external body to ensure that the principles of the ISO standard are being upheld by all of Tikit’s support staff around the world.

Miles Osborne, Head of Global Support at Tikit commented that “Global accreditation really sets Tikit apart from other vendors in the legal IT sector.  Our market leading Support Desk has a highly skilled team behind it that offers excellent customer service to Tikit’s clients around the world.  This coupled with an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85% for customer satisfaction achieved throughout last year, sees Tikit as a stand out performer in the B2B technology industry.”

ISO 9001:2008 certification is based on eight key quality management principles:

  • Customer Focus
  • Leadership
  • Involvement of People
  • Process Approach
  • System Approach to Management
  • Continual Improvement
  • Fact Based Decision-making
  • Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationships

This internationally recognised standard is used by Tikit’s support team as a method of structuring its Quality Management Procedures so that the team can run efficiently and effectively and most importantly provide the exceptional customer service that sits at the core of Tikit’s business.

This certification follows an outstanding 2017 for Tikit that saw the leading legal technology provider win ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the British Legal Technology Awards and a record number of new clients have signed up in the last year.
