TikitTikit, a global provider of technology solutions to legal firms, today announced a record year for its mid-market P4W sales team. The news follows a record Q3, with key major new business wins from Clarion, the Wilkes Partnership, Blandy & Blandy LLP, Dawson Cornwell, HSR Law, and Fletcher Day. This brings significant new P4W client acquisitions to 15 so far in financial year 2016/17 with several more major signings expected before the end of March. Richard Higgs, Sales Director at Tikit, said “we have seen a significant increase in the uptake of our P4W practice and case management system this year; particularly amongst firms in the 100-500 user sector.  Firms want to invest with a supplier that has a solid track record, demonstrable investment in the product, and, above all, a satisfied client base with willing reference sites. P4W is the obvious choice for many of these firms; providing comprehensive functionality with the flexibility to deal with increasing client demand, and the challenges the future has to bring.”

According to Dan Mitchell, IT Manager at Clarion, who have purchased both P4W and iManage from Tikit, “We knew we wanted iManage to work alongside a practice and case management solution, so when we realised we could have both from the same supplier, it made a compelling proposition backed up by in depth demonstrations of the solution which proved to us that Tikit would serve us well in our ambitious future plans.” Andrew Wadsworth, Finance Director at the Wilkes Partnership said that “After attending the P4W User Group back in November, we saw that not only did P4W meet our technology requirements, it is also supported by thriving and collaborative user community.”

Tikit will be at the British Legal Technology Forum in London on 14th March, demonstrating P4W alongside its TikitConnect CRM, eMarketing, Carpe Diem Time Recording, and Template Management System own IP applications.

Is your marketing budget actually delivering a return?

Qamar Anwar 2

“Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted: the trouble is I don’t know which half.” Marketing pioneer John Wanamaker may have been forgiven for his lack of insight into his advertising budget back in the late 19th century, but what of today’s marketers? Surely in today’s data-driven age, accessing and utilising marketing budget data is commonplace? But in a world where there is a plentiful supply of data and information to aid marketing planning and decision making, it was quite shocking to see in new research that so many firms are investing in marketing activities that they openly admit are neither important nor effective.
