Tiger Eye, the UK’s full-service iManage Partner, has announced that the organisation has separated from the Managed Service Provider (MSP) division of the CTS Group. The transition was carried out in tandem with the acquisition of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) division of the CTS Group by Bluecube, an Ekco company, on the 4 of April 2024.  Following this, Tiger Eye will now operate independently.

This follows Tiger Eye’s recent announcement that the company achieved 48 percent year-on-year growth in revenue in 2023. Tiger Eye’s sustained organic growth has been attributed to the expansion of the organisation’s iManage Support customer base as well as the continued popularity of Tiger Eye’s range of tools and add-ons for iManage.

Commenting on the transition, Dave Wilson, Managing Director of Tiger Eye, added: “We are excited to move into the next phase of our client-centric strategy, developing new products and enhancing our trusted services. We have already had a fantastic response from our customer base following our announcement, and by achieving our ambitious objectives, we are confident that we can enhance the value we deliver to the legal sector.”

Tiger Eye continues to be backed by Tenzing, a growth equity investor specialising in technology businesses in the UK and Europe.
