The Compl-i [1] team is delighted to invite you to the first in a series of breakfast seminars to be held at our London office on 9 April, focusing on topical aspects of regulatory risk and compliance for the legal profession.
We are pleased to confirm that Marcia Boys, a Regulatory Manager within the Supervision Directorate of the SRA, will be the guest speaker at this inaugural seminar, providing an overview of the SRA’s approach to supervision, including:
- Compliance with the regulatory objectives;
- The regulator’s perception of your key risks;
- What constitutes a material breach; and
- How the SRA measures your regulatory performance.
In addition, delegates will hear from our specialists in the field of regulatory compliance and will be given the opportunity to share opinions, ideas and experiences.
The seminar is aimed at those in key positions of responsibility (including COLPs and COFAs) within law firms.
There is no charge for the seminar, however places will be restricted to facilitate discussion.
