Mark Fowle Chairman of Converge TS
Converge Technology Specialists (Converge TS) has today announced that serial tech entrepreneur Mark Fowle will be joining the business as non-executive Chairman. Following significant private equity investment in Converge TS at the beginning of the year, the company has expanded its team and service offering and is on-track to become the leading cloud provider to the legal sector through a combination of strong organic growth coupled with strategic acquisitions.
Mark brings substantial experience founding and successfully scaling technology businesses to the board, having founded a number of ISP/MSPs in the late 1990’s and co-founded cloud provider Attenda in 1997. When sold to Ensono for >£100m, Attenda was delivering revenues of over £40m, an EBITDA of £10m and had been listed in the Sunday Times ‘Top 100 Companies to work for’ 5 years running. Mark retains a non-executive role at Ensono as well as chairing Datum, the data centre business he co-founded.
