Specialist Swiss financial planning firm Mercatoria Group is implementing Eclipse [1]’s Proclaim Matter Management software system for its Geneva head office.
The Mercatoria Group offers a wide range of wealth management services and tax-planning structures for families, businesses and entrepreneurs. The group operates in a number of jurisdictions to provide maximum geographical expertise, be it domestic or on a global scale.
Jurisdictions frequently used to achieve asset protection and fiscal benefits include Switzerland, UK, St Lucia, Barbados and Canada.
To capitalise on new opportunities and to provide a centralised in-house method of organising and managing complex transactions, Mercatoria Group recognised the need to replace its incumbent systems with one core matter management solution.
Proclaim Matter Management is being implemented at the firm’s preferred hosting partner in Geneva, providing a fully integrated desktop solution for the care of all clients and matters. As well as enabling ‘one place’ storage for all in-out correspondence, Proclaim will enable Mercatoria Group to more effectively manage time-sensitive tasks and deliver bespoke performance reports at the click of a button – based on any element of transactional data in the Proclaim system.
