As a specialist in this sector our client will offer the patient the best possible service by combining specialist knowledge, cost effective case management and professional independent financial advice to give the right advice at the right price whilst actively managing the patient’s invested funds to produce the right level of return.
Our client will value the consideration for the transfer of the cases based on 2% of the total value of the patient’s invested funds and pay this amount to your firm within 28 days of the transfer being approved by the Court and all at no cost to the patient. For example, if your firm has 6 deputyships with funds under management totalling £3m, they will rebate £60,000 to your firm. If you have 10 with £5m under management they would rebate £100,000, if you have 20 with £10m then they would rebate £200,000 etc.
