Speakers confirmed for Osprey Approach’s webinar designed to help SMEs run a successful modern firm

Osprey ApproachBy Legal Futures Associate Osprey Approach

The benefits of having a digital operational strategy and how law firms can gain more value from legal tech are just two areas that will be discussed by a panel of expert guest speakers, in the first episode of the Build Better Habits webinar series, hosted by legal software provider Osprey Approach.

Joining Osprey Approach’s marketing manager, Amy Bruce, for the first webinar are Dave Ricketts, head of marketing at Quiss, Alex Simons, new business manager at The Law Factory, and Cecile Papin, partner lead at Coadjute.

The first webinar, Think digital-first: How modern law firms can remain competitive with a digital operational strategy, will consider the benefits of a concept known as Anywhere Operations; the business habits needed to think digital-first; the benefits to both employees and clients; and what the digital future holds for SME law firms.

Amy Bruce said: – “I am delighted to be joined by our guest speakers, who have vast expertise and knowledge of helping SME law firms identify and implement effective digital strategies. In what is set to be a lively webinar discussion, we will consider the real benefits of legal technology for SME firms, including the implementation of a digital operational strategy, whilst ensuring that we share valuable tips and advice to enable delegates to consider and implement changes within their own practices.”
