Organised by Customer Experience Magazine, the CX Stars recognises individuals that strive to transform businesses and place the customer firmly at the centre of their organisations. Katriona, who has headed-up SearchFlow’s customer service operations for almost three years, has been recognised for her continued focus on delivering a proactive service to customers, via solution-based engagement, collaboration and enthusiasm.
