Having previously won the same award category in the 2019 programme, SearchFlow has once again been recognised by the judges for its outstanding approach to delivering exceptional customer service, understanding the needs of its customers and using innovative ways to create efficiencies and solve problems. This includes maintaining an impressive 97% Customer Satisfaction Score, receiving more than 500 customer compliments in the last year and 98% of searches ordered delivered early or on time within the last 12-months.
The Awards, which launched in 2016 in association with Modern Law Magazine, bring together an esteemed panel of expert judges who have been selected due to their sector knowledge. They independently identify those conveyancing organisations and property pioneers that deserve recognition for championing client care in the industry.
