SearchFlow, one of the UK’s largest providers of legal due diligence data for residential and commercial property transactions, has won the Search Provider of the Year award at the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.
Having previously won the same award category in the 2019 programme, SearchFlow has once again been recognised by the judges for its outstanding approach to delivering exceptional customer service, understanding the needs of its customers and using innovative ways to create efficiencies and solve problems. This includes maintaining an impressive 97% Customer Satisfaction Score, receiving more than 500 customer compliments in the last year and 98% of searches ordered delivered early or on time within the last 12-months.
The Awards, which launched in 2016 in association with Modern Law Magazine, bring together an esteemed panel of expert judges who have been selected due to their sector knowledge. They independently identify those conveyancing organisations and property pioneers that deserve recognition for championing client care in the industry.
Dr Thomas Quirke, Managing Director of SearchFlow said, “I am exceptionally proud of everyone in the SearchFlow business for their commitment and hard-work throughout the last 12-months, which has led us to be recognised as the Search Provider of the Year for the second consecutive year. Throughout the pandemic, the team has managed unprecedented volumes and continued at full capacity to provide a proactive and innovative service that the legal profession relies on, maintaining a customer satisfaction score at 97% and above.”
