SearchFlow, the UK’s leading conveyancing search solutions provider, has been shortlisted as a finalist for The British Legal Awards 2018 in the ‘Supplier of the Year – Business Services’ category. The prestigious awards aim to celebrate achievement, excellence and innovation within the legal profession.
The British Legal Awards serve as a showcase for the achievements of the legal sector. Hosted by Legal Week, in association with The City of London Law Society, the glittering awards ceremony is attended by 1,000 lawyers, representing the cream of the UK’s legal community.
The entry nomination from SearchFlow focused on the firm’s commitment to proactive customer service to property conveyancing professionals. This includes its investment in a new online search ordering and management platform to further enhance the search fulfilment process for its legal clients.
Tracy Burtwell, Sales Director for SearchFlow said: “Over the last year, we have invested in our people, online services and customer experience management, and so are delighted to be recognised by The British Legal Awards for our team’s efforts. We look forward to the awards evening in November to hear the results.”
The news of SearchFlow’s shortlisting in The British Legal Awards follows the recent success at the Customer Experience Awards, where SearchFlow won Gold and Silver awards in the ‘Contact Centre Small’ category and the ‘Transforming the Customer Experience’ category, respectively.
With more than one million conveyancing searches run every year for over 2,500 legal clients across England and Wales, SearchFlow is regarded as one of the leading providers of comprehensive searches, surveys, identity checks and conveyancing insurance solutions.
The British Legal Awards ceremony takes place on 29th November 2018 at Finsbury Square in London. For more details, visit www.britishlegalawards.com.
