From Legal Futures’ Associate SearchFlow.
SearchFlow, the UK’s leading conveyancing search solutions provider, has been announced as a finalist for the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2018. Shortlisted for the ‘Search Provider of the Year’ category, the awards aim to recognise the talent, achievement and innovation within the national conveyancing market.
The judges have recognised how SearchFlow works in consultation with its clients to ensure they are accessing the right searches for their transactional needs, every time. In addition, the entry nomination focused on a programme to transform its contact centre operations to proactively support clients in today’s digital world, alongside a new online search ordering and management platform.
Stephen McCluskey, Operations Director for SearchFlow said: “Being shortlisted for the Search Provider of the Year category in the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards is a great achievement, and one the team should be very proud of. Over the last year, we have invested in our people, online services and customer experience management, taking on board feedback from customers and our focus group sessions. We are delighted to be a finalist, which recognises the work our team undertakes and look forward to the Awards reception next week.”
The recognition from the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards follows the recent announcement that SearchFlow has been shortlisted for two categories in the prestigious Customer Experience Awards, in recognition of SearchFlow’s ‘customer-first’ approach.
With more than one million conveyancing searches run every year for over 2,500 legal clients across England and Wales, SearchFlow is regarded as one of the leading providers of comprehensive searches, surveys, identity checks and conveyancing insurance solutions.
The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards ceremony takes place on 12th July 2018 at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool. The CXA Award Finals and Ceremony will then take place at Wembley Stadium on 11th October 2018.
