Conducting physical property searches with Local Authorities and key data providers is now a significant concern as Government contingency measures increasingly affect access to these essential data sources. In response to this SearchFlow has created the Continuity Property Solution to offer a helping hand to the industry.
Continuity Property Solution is not a search. It’s an insurance policy with a £1m indemnity to which SearchFlow adds data from its internal dataset. To further help, conveyancers can add other products as needed.
