OchreSearch is the joint brainchild of technology and software provider, Ochresoft and SearchFlow, which offers multiple conveyancing solutions. The tool also features Landmark’s revolutionary hazard relevancy tools, meaning conveyancers can be assured that relevant searches will be automatically selected for residential property transactions.
The search tool within the CMS means lawyers can implement a joined-up process in a single system making a previously laborious task easier, quicker and more consistent.
