Search Acumen, property data insight and technology provider, has appointed Charlotte Cripps to the role of Commercial Real Estate Client Relationship Manager as the business continues to enhance its work with legal firms in the commercial real estate market.
Charlotte has over five years of experience working with real estate professionals and conveyancers and has worked with some of the UK’s leading property law firms to help maximise their efficiency through better use of technology.
She joins Search Acumen from tmgroup, where she worked as a Key Account Manager for a number of the top 100 commercial law firms.
The hire comes at a pivotal period as Search Acumen continues to expand its commercial real estate activity since launching its ForeSite platform in 2017. ForeSite is the UK’s first dedicated commercial platform for managing property transactions, giving lawyers instant access to over 20 comprehensive land and property data sets to help them save time and make faster risk assessments on behalf of clients.
Search Acumen now works with some of the UK’s leading commercial real estate law firms including Simmons & Simmons, Reed Smith, Watson Farley & Williams, Trowers & Hamlins and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
Charlotte is also an active member of the Women In Property Network which works to bring more equality into the real estate sector.
