Riliance dominates the risk and compliance software market for lawyers with over 1,500 firms using Riliance software

Since launching in January 2012 Riliance [1] has had many landmark moments, from signing its first client, a 2 partner general practice in Merseyside to recent marquee signings include Addleshaw Goddard and TLT as well as global giants such as Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pitman.

The software is popular with all areas of the market and the sizes and shapes of firms using the system largely mirror the demographic of the UK legal sector.

Sole practitioners through to international Law firms all benefit from this innovative software tool and it has very quickly become the must have piece of technology for smart legal practices.

Along the way the company has received endorsement by The Law Society and Lexcel and released regular free upgrades and enhancements to its user base.

“Our focus will always be on what our users want to see from our systems aligned with what the regulator will expect to see from those firms” says Mark Gidge CEO. “ Version 2 of the system is set to be released in the Autumn and boasts enhanced reporting and a host of additional flexibility” adds Gidge.

The latest version will be released as a free upgrade to existing user firms and its new features have been designed following extensive user experience feedback and to meet the needs of an eclectic and diverse range of practices.

Riliance has big ambitions and recently launched a free, stand alone, Diversity survey tool to enable practices to collect and aggregate the data needed to meet the reporting requirements of the SRA, over 1000 firms have taken advantage of this free to use product which Riliance view as an indicator of how much value they can add to firms to help with meeting regulatory requirements and remaining compliant.

“We have our finger on the regulatory pulse and have intimate knowledge of what is required to ensure all aspects are covered, our software is very specific and does not cross into the realms of case or practice management, as experts in the field our product has been purpose built and isn’t merely a bolt on to a system that was designed for a completely different purpose“ states Gidge

Riliance has recently launched a series of Webinars and the latest Breaches session attracted over 400 attendees , with additional topics and a full programme of events lined up, the delivery of value added information services is set to be a key feature of the benefits to firms using the system.

The client base is growing at over forty new firms per month and whilst penetration of larger firms is rising rapidly these are accompanied by a wide cross section of the market joining Riliance each month.

The System is the most comprehensive risk and compliance offering in the market and includes in-depth guidance and information supporting the easy to use software system.

The Riliance Software brand is now synonymous with Risk and Compliance and if your firm hasn’t yet seen the product in detail you could be missing out on a very powerful way to manage this key area of your practice, with a subscription starting at just £150 + VAT per month and time saving benefits that can mitigate the cost, Riliance represents excellent value and more to the point it really does help you keep on top of OFR and compliance.
