Redbrick Solutions celebrate record number of client wins at LFS Awards

Redbrick SolutionsRedbrick Solutions were delighted to celebrate a record number of client wins at one of the UK’s largest Conveyancing Awards last week.

In order to be shortlisted for an LFS Award, nominated firms undergo a rigorous judging process, carried out by a team of industry experts. This includes a mystery shopping exercise, compliance check, interview and shopper anonymous survey.

Fletcher Longstaff, Lincolnshire based conveyancing specialists founded in 2015 by Adam Cheal, were overall winners in the ‘Small Conveyancing Firm of the Year (Midlands)’ category.  Adam commented “We entered the LFS awards as we thought we had what it takes to show we were a great small firm. When we were shortlisted we took that as a win for us, given the competition. We were massively surprised when we won but completely thrilled at the same time. It proves that putting in the hard work and giving clients the best possible service does pay off. We hope moving forwards the award will help raise our profile further to enable us to keep offering what we consider to be a great quality service.”

Keoghs Conveyancing were also highly commended in the ‘North West Firm of the Year’ category, a real achievement considering they have been trading for less than 12 months.  As expert conveyancing case management providers, Redbrick Solutions are well placed to support their clients in streamlining their processes to provide an efficient and customer focused service, which, in turn, assists them in winning more work.

Redbrick Solutions were thrilled to see so many clients shortlisted for awards, especially considering a record number of nominations had been received this year.

Garner Canning, based in Coventry, were shortlisted in the ‘Wales and West Midlands Firm of the Year’ category and PCS Legal, a busy conveyancing firm based in Essex were shortlisted in the ‘Website and Social Media Firm of the Year’ category.  They have been using Redbrick Practice Management for a number of years now and Partner, Stuart Forsdike commented “With integrated services such as SDLT, AML checks and property searches, there really is no need for us to use additional systems.  Having everything all in one system is invaluable for a growing firm.”

Martin MacDuff, Managing Director of Redbrick Solutions commented “It was fantastic to see so many clients successfully winning awards, their hard work and dedication to delivering an outstanding level of client care has really paid off.  I know many other clients are thinking of entering the awards next year and we look forward to celebrating their success as well.”

Making good use of technology is going to be key to firms’ ability to compete successfully in the current market, so if you haven’t yet seen Redbrick Solutions now is the time to act.

Adam concludes “Redbrick Solutions are cost effective, time effective and great to deal with.  I have already recommended them to other firms that I know would benefit from their services.  Fletcher Longstaff have plans to expand in the future but want to ensure we never compromise our excellent client service and Redbrick Solutions will help us do that.”
